On-Going: Things like recruitment, and greeting are an on-going process in the Guild and Volunteers drop in and out whenever they feel like assisting. No timeline or obligations.
Temporary: These opportunities are based on rotations or deadlines. Volunteers assist for the duration of the role, which can vary.
Permanent: Permanent positions require that Volunteers are committed to a designated role. This could involve being online at specific times such as for hosting events.
Description: The Recruitment Coordinator will mail out a list of potential recruits, and advise members on how to go about the recruitment process. Volunteers are requested to meet up with any of the listed individuals and discuss the possibilities of joining the Alliance. Volunteers are also encouraged to seek out other recruits that weren't on the list. Recruiters then send feedback to the Coordinator regarding the existing & new candidates, and the Coordinator updates the list and fills in the Guild Leaders.
Description: Greeters serve as tour guides for new Alliance members. The Greeting Coordinator will keep track of new members who have joined the starter Guild Timeless. Coordinators will send out a mail with a list of new members, their Guild and a list of potential activities that Volunteers are recommended to pursue with them. These Greeters then try to establish contact and introduce them to Guild-Life. This can include taking them to an event, doing a brief Alliance tour, Q&A, giving a gift pack and more.
Description: The Events Coordinator will mail out a list of Event Host positions that need filling. Hosts are players who help organize and run a specific event. The Volunteering mail will include all relevant details that potential Volunteers will need to understand. This include the day / time of the event, the type of event, the amount of hosts needed, and a brief description of responsibilities.

Description: Certain Events require helpers to assist with managing smaller tasks such as distributing items or leading parties. These roles will be included in the Event Host Opportunity mails. These are temporary positions, and are usually only for a specific event for that week.
Description: The Crafting Club Coordinator sends out updated lists on the currently active Gear Mastery projects. These mails include a list of materials they are seeking. Volunteers can assist with donating items and sending them to the Coordinator or Crafter. Volunteers who assist a project will be given the opportunity to receive some of the products of said project. It is beneficial for both the crafter and volunteer in this way, as both will gain beneficial gear!
Description: Specialists are experienced players who assist others with builds, runs and combat strategies. Coordinators will mail a list of Alliance members who have requested help with something concerning combat. If there are no current requests, the Coordinator will provide the volunteer with alternatives. This could include filling out a build rubric, mentoring Guildies with strategies and routes, organizing group runs for levels or medallions, or sending out mail Guides.
Duration: Temporary (Rotation Length: 15 days)
Description: The Building Crew Coordinator will send out a mail whenever a new rotation is about to begin. This mail will contain details regarding which village Volunteers are requested to move into as well as the current priority projects to donate to. Members can move any of their characters to said village, and donate to the instructed priority projects.
Description: The Alliance Hoarder keeps a stockpile of various items for general use. A handful of members will be given the account details for the Hoarder, and their responsibility is to assist with processing requests, organizing vaults and tallying lists. Alliance members will donate to, and request items from the Alliance Hoarder, and the members with access to the account must keep track of it as well as what items are low on stock.
Description: The Alliance Bank keeps a stock of Gold & Prize rewards. Coordinators keep track of sponsor-ships and transactions. The Coordinator will send out a list occasionally seeking donations in the form of flowers, gold or prizes. The Bank is also responsible for safe storage of these items.
Restock & Donations
Description: Whenever the Alliance Hoarder is running low on stock, a list of items will be generated. Coordinators will send out this list and request donations. Usually lists will revolve around a specific category. Other stockpile roles will be included in this too, such as Vault Managers, Crafting Hosts, and the Alliance Bank.
Description: New Guides will begin progress on the website during frequent intervals. The Coordinator will send out a mail of the current project as well as a list of feedback requests. These can include information feedback, error checks, and data accumulation. Essentially, Volunteers are asked to look over the design and layout, check for any information inaccuracies or outdated information, and if applicable to provide data for a guide in progress.
